Programing Cable

Radio Shack is closing out the serial cable, 20-289, for programing most of their radios. I have both the serial and the USB cable, but when I saw the 20-289 on closeout for $9.95 I decided to buy another one for a spare. I checked the computer and one store near me was listed having it in stock. Well they were sold out and I checked a couple of others and they did not have one either. If you can find one, this would be the last chance to get a serial cable and at a cheap price.

I bought the USB cable in kingsportm TN last week for 8.00 I guess I should have bought more of them.

Humm, here I sit with USB from GRE for near $30 by the time it shipped.

But then it works flawlessly every time, so I reckon I'm satisfied.

I just got 5 at RS here in CT for $5/ea. They are going on ebay next week. They are selling for $21 there. Im going back this weekend for final sale to see if I can get the serial cables for a dollar or 2.
