Hi,Rob the best and easiest way is thru software.butel and rr premium is by far the best and easiest way.Mike

ok i am a premium member what do i do next..i have tried programming by hand what a disaster. i have tried using software what a worse disaster...

Hi, again Rob go to the 396 butel software.go to the top lefthand corner where it says internet.click it says rr database go to delaware check what you want to download.set it up the way you like and....there you have it.Mike
