On the groups advice I bought both scanners. I have had them for about a month. So far I have been cheating by doing the zip code thing and locking out all I did not want. After reading the manual and a few youtube videos I thought I was ready to try a custom list of my own….nope. So here is what I did (or didn’t do).
Open sentinel
Select USA
Select CA
Select San Bernardino
Select state wide
Select stuff I want
Right click append favorites
Add stuff I want
Save
Upload
The list is there I saw it
Got the error nothing to scan
Where did I go wrong?
On another note, the buttons on the front of the scanner…system, department, channel are real bright and the avoid and replay are kind of dim at night. Normal???
