can i program conventual frequencys in a different site but in the same system say one site is ksp an the other site is analog county sheriff so scanner will scan ksp an then go to county sheriff frequencys ect

As long as you use the same SQK you will hear both.

Let me ask the following before I say something that may be confusing.

Are you programming KSP and this analog county sheriff as conventional or trunked?

You've used the words "Site" and "Sites". Owing to what context Site/Sites is being used, there may be an issue.

Program them as separate systems but assign them the same quick key.
