I'm having a challenge programming my Uniden 396 after the rebanding of the Floyds Knobs site.
I use Arc 396Pro. I clicked on the System type of Motorola Type 2 800 Standard. The scanner programs, but I receive nothing. I know I'm within range because I can program the control channel as a conventional frequency and hear the control channel "noise".
I then tried changing the system type in Arc 396 Pro, and clicked the "Reband" button. Thant changed the system to Motorola Type 2 800 Custom. I get an error message window opening, saying: "Error scanner can not create new system, No Resources Available".
Has anyone dealt successfully with this situation, if so, how?
