Your City is listed below I hate to bear bad news but your Fire Department is P25 Digital standalone repeater.
Motorola does not make a P25 Pager and your other options are going to be in the $500 plus range.

I'd bet my next paycheck that they still dispatch / tone out on VHF analog..... Maybe ask the OP for before assuming they arent?

I would ask the radio shop to program your radio. I'm not sure who that may be. I would ask around your department.

I am friends/family with an emergency dispatcher and they helped me get some tones for my local departments. Another way to find out is have a frequency analyzer nearby during a pager test, or you could ask the department Chief or just call them by their non-emergency number. I might be able to call them for you if you'd like sometime and see if I can't get any info. what station number are they so I can find their info. if it is the only station in the town or province, I won't have much trouble finding it and getting you the info

Before I retired as a fire chief, I would occasionally be asked what our alerting tone frequencies were. I declined to provide that information to any non-member person. Not to be hard to get along with but here is why:

Several years ago, someone determined our alert tone frequencies. They programmed them into a portable radio. They thought it would be great fun to ride around the area and activate firefighter pagers day and night. Clearly mean in spirit, it could have also interfered with legitimate emergency calls.

So, while the information can be developed, I was not about to make it easier for potential miscreants. Yeah its another example of one clown ruining things for everyone else. Yeah I disliked being that way. . .

Just get a scanner that can decode paging tones and your problem is solved. You should also use this scanner to monitor the frequencies in your area to determine how they are being used...

Barnes County pages off 159.1575 on the analog, last I remember from monitoring in this area a year ago.

They make a couple of options out there for decoding tone pairs. Example is Two Tone Detect. Fairly simple to run and find pairs.

Otherwise check with your local PSAP or system tech at the county level. They should be able to get that information to you.
