Programming a uniden 250D Motorola Type 2 800 Mg system

Hi. It has been over 5 years since I was familiar with the 250/296 type of scanners.

I am programming the following Motorola Type 2 800 Meg system using ARC250 software.

Toronto Public Safety Trunking System, Toronto, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies

I know that I dont have to put in all the voice channels for a 800 mg system, the control channels alone are fine but the one question in the trunk configuration I dont know.

It is asking me to pick a plan, either Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3 Plan 4.

For the following system, which plan do I need to pick in order for it to work.

plan 1 to be used in toronto area. i had the same problem with toronto on bct 8 with control channel only setting.
