Programming Advice - Need a hand

I'm utilizing The Radio Shack PRO - 95 Dual Trunking Scanner.

Supossedly it is able to receive Digital / Trunking and all that good stuff.

I'll be honest I'm no Scanner Wizard - and am having programming difficulties on the 800mhz. frequencies.

Now for a question.....If / when I get this fiqured out will I receive Transmissions from New Castle County where I live {Deptford/Blackwood Area in Jersey ?} How about Philadelphia Transmissions ?

I'm guessing the Transmitter is located in New Castle City near the bridge.
South Jersey is pretty flat so hopefully I'll receive it.

Need some programming help - Understanding Talk Groups, DEC Codes, and ID's...... :shock: :shock:

Any help would be appreciated

I hate to say it, but the PRO95 will not handle the Delaware system. You need a PRO96 or one of the Uniden digitals to do it.

The Pro-95 can handle ANALOG Trunking. Delaware is DIGITAL trunking, so as stated before you need a Pro-96 to moniter DE.
