Here are the files. Set scanner squelch to 2. Save the attached zipped file to your computer and extract the 2 ARC-XT rsf files. Open the extracted MO Hwy Patrol file with ARC-XT. Open the extracted Benton Co Conv file with ARC-XT. Connect the scanner to your computer. Go to the Scanner tab and click on Upload to Scanner. Select the 2 systems to upload and check the box to Delete All Systems First. Click on Send to Scanner. MO Highway Patrol uses the MOSWIN statewide trunked system. There are 2 sites in Benton County. You will be able to select either site or both. Turning off both sites will turn off the MO Hwy Patrol system. Pressing 1 on the scanner keypad will toggle the MOSWIN Cole Camp site on and off. Pressing 2 will toggle the MOSWIN Warsaw700 site on and off. Pressing 3 will toggle the Benton Co Conv system with the conventional frequencies on and off. You will also be able to turn groups on and off, such as BentCo Pub Works and BentCo Schools, on the conventional system.
