Has anyone had any luck programming the Uniden BCD436HP to the new P25 Phase2 system? I can hear some traffic on police special channels but that's all I am hearing. I have read that some traffic was staying on the old 800 system during the transition but I am not hearing anything now on the old system either. I know the system is working because I can hear radio traffic on my scanner app on my iPhone and iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
