Programming BCD996XT when out of town

Just posted this but used incorrect title. I have a Bearcat BCD996XT scanner and had it programmed for Pulaski county in Arkansas, where I live. I travel to southeast Kansas now & then and would like to know hwo to program it to receive police transmissions in Labette and Crawford counties in Kansas. How do I do this? And how do I program it when I'm out of state generally? Thanks for info. JJ

Just program the systems you want in and give them a quick key. When you travel just turn on the ones you want and turn off the ones you do not.
