Can someone confirm whether or not the 651 comes with a programming cable?

The PRO-651 from Radio Shack does not come with either the programming cable or the wall wart power supply/AC charger - adaptor.

If you buy the Whistler equivalent of that same scanner, the WS-1040, it comes with both of those accessories:

Well. I can't find one anywhere that's not $75. I'll have to sell this scanner and get a Whistler, Used GRE or a Uniden.

You can buy them direct from Whistler. They are the same as Radio Shacks.

Whistler is a not owned or affiliated by GRE or Uniden.
Go to the checkout page and see for yourself. It says US and Canada. Typed in a Nova Scotia postal code and it brings up shipping cost.
