I have a PSR 500 scanner and program it with Win 500 software. I am currently trying to program Clinton County's trunked system, but I'm having no luck. For some reason I can get all the talk groups to import, but I can't get the talk system. Thus, I get the "nothing enabled" warning once I upload to the scanner and try scanning.
Has anyone else had this problem? I understand the rebanding probably has something to do with this, but without the talk system there how can I select the rebanding option?
