Thanks Steve,
Using the control and alternate channels as you said I am able to "track" Dothan's system. I am not sure if any other information I found using PRO96COM would be helpful to anyone but let me know if it would be and I will get it to you. One other thing, is there any way to lock out a specific talkgroup or will all talkgroups have to be monitored.

Ronny, glad you can track Dothan's system now. I am looking forward to listening t Dothan again.
Maybe just maybe the City and County can get along so the County might start using the new system.
I agee with Paul about listening to all of the talkgroups at least till you get an ideal of who's who.
But if a talkgroup is aggravating when stopped on that talkgroup just press the L/OUT button (a good thing at least on a 96). You may want to at least submit the system information to the Database so an DB Admin can change Dothan's entry to reflect the new system.

851.7375, 852.15, 852.5375, 852.85, 853.125, 854.0375, 854.3125, 854.8625, 855.1125, 855.3875, 855.6375, 856.4375, 857.4375, 858.9375, 866.7375, 867.15, 867.5375, 867.85 & 868.125
Unitrunker reported these as being part of Dothans Motorola II P25 system. 851.7375 has been the CC for the last month or so. Group 5351 is active with PD traffic. The FD is 5251 I think. Most groups are encrypted P25 with some being encrypted from the vehicle to base only. I am using a tapped BCD996T to monitor with.

Millam is correct in that most groups are encrypted. The only ones I have found that are not encrypted are police dispatch and fire dispatch.
I heard that they went to this system so other agencies in the county could also be on this system. I guess time will tell. I know there is still talk about having a combined city and county dispatch for police and fire.
