I have an ARC-XT file for Hinds County. If you download and install Butel ARC-XT for the free trial period, I will attach the file here for you to use to program your scanner. ARC-XT Basic is all you need to program your scanner. The Pro version offers virtual control and logging functions. I can also convert the ARC-XT file to a FreeSCAN file. Downloads - Sixspot Software FreeSCAN does not provide DMR or NXDN support.
