Is there a way to filter out the ENC channels from the database when importing? Using the sentinel software?

No. Not all encrypted channels are labeled as such. Some channels are encrypted intermittently. And which channels are encrypted change occasionally.
You can manually set Avoids on the channels once they have been imported, though.

The HP-2 scans right past encrypted transmissions. If you know a TG is encrypted just avoid it.
