Programming issue on PSR 600

Last year I bought a Radio Shack Pro 197 and also got ARC 500 to help program it. The whole thing worked well. Recently I bought a PSR 600 which I understand is identical except for the name. What is really weird is that I'm trying to program it from the same ARC 500 with the Radio Shack Programming cable and exactly what is programmed into the 197. Four out of five of the banks did fine but there is 1 trunked system that will not work in the PSR 600 but will still program into the 197 just fine.

Can anyone maybe enlighten me as to what the problem might be? I consider it very weird.

Do both radios have the same/latest firmware?

Thanks for your input but I just found the problem. It is a defective antenna which did not allow the more distant system to be heard. Wish everything could be fixed this easily.
