BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Programming Issue

I have seen an issue with certain systems that I've tried to program from the Sentinel database, and I'm wondering if other users have experienced the same issues.

First, I attempted to program the entire list of CB channels into my BCD436HP so that I could scan them all at once, but the scanner says there's nothing to scan.

Second, I attempted to program frequencies for Knott's Berry Farm, and the result was the same as it was with the CB channels.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, what was your solution, if you found one?

What service type are they? And did you turn that type on?

I'll bet it's custom 1

Yep, turned on that favorites list, and even assigned it a channel, and nothing.

As I wrote, it's the list of CB channels from Nationwide frequencies, and Knott's Berry Farm from the Orange county California list of Attractions and Amusement Parks.

Custom 1???

CB is OTHER
Knotts is a mix of business and security.

If you have this in a favorite - just LOOK

If it in the radio only - scroll through and LOOK

Okay, it's fixed!

I went to service types and checked all of the boxes. IOW, I checked everything from Aircraft to Utilities, and from Custom 1 to Race Teams.
