Having multiple systems that I like to at times turn on or off, is it better to have them all in one favorites list and use system QKs to control them or better to have each be it's own favorite list item? Which has the result in terms of scan speed and scanner efficiency?

Scan speed is about the same for both methods, and its a personal choice between quick keys and favorites lists.

I find QKs under a favorite is the best way to do it. That way I can turn them all on/off individually or can mass do it with the FL. Don't know about efficiency.

It comes down to what you prefer. Fewer button presses are required with with FL "model". XX Eyes in the FL model versus XX.YY Eyes with the Systems model.
