What is the best way to program win95 to upload to the pro95 .I have the interface cable.

Using a spreadsheet,
For Alpha Tag, Frequency and Receive Mode
Type the name in column A (12 characters or less)
Type the freq in column B
Type the Rx Mode in column C (the same as in the Win95 pulldown)
Highlight all data and Copy then Paste into Win95
For Alpha Tag and ID (note: make sure the bank pulldown is set to the correct trunked system, MOT or EDACS)
Type the name in column E (12 characters or less)
Type the ID in column F
Note: this can also be accomplished in text format by using the Tab key for spacing.
