1st and 3rd canot be monitored on a scanner, 2nd 1 frequencies must in logical channel order

Mystic is all digital, Comm Center uhf LTR, the Ancom System you linked to is actually a uhf LTR system, some of the channels in the RR DB have been moved to the Mototrbo system but the LTR is still alive and well. Below are the current LCNs and frequencies used by comm center( Now PWC) and Ancom
