programming pro 96 for dcpd

hello i am trying to program the dc police in my pro 96. all i get is a rushing sound. i programmed all the control channel freqs and the base 458.775 offset 380 and step 12.5. i don't know what else to do. the manuel is no help. can some give me advice on what i may be doing wrong? thanks.

You also have to set the table to 'Custom Table'. This should do you the trick

Hit PGM+FUNC+TRUNK to access the the talkgroup ID list. Then hit FUNC+3 To access the custom table settings. Use the up and down arrows until the bottom of the display reads "Table". Then hit enter and you should be good to go.
