Programming Pro 96 Scanner/Radio Shack

I am having little to no luck in getting my scanner programmed to the local police and fire for St. Paul. I went into Radio Shack today, and they said that they no longer clone scanners. I know little about how to program it. Can someone please let me know what is the best web site to go to download the information and try to program it. If anyone is local and would be wiling to clone mine to theirs I would be willing to go that route also! Right now I am only getting the MTC.

Your best bet is it get the Win96 software and a programming cable to program the scanner. With the software you can import the information from the database at this site. Pretty easy to do.

Matt has the right idea get Win96 from www.starrsoft.com and the cable 20-047 from Radio Shack.
