programming problems

I,m in Buffalo....i can get fire... sheriff, and surrounding areas police but cant get buffalo police...using a bc125at....i know the frequencies are right, what am i doing wrong?.....thnxs

Buffalo Police, (Dispatch and Car to Car, channels 1 through 5) are P25 digital. You will need a digital scanner like the BCD396XT.

big problem

I have a BC 346 XT. I have manllay prog. this thing. Now, i wanted to re do a text tag, but some how i got stuck into custom search/ service search... I have looked at many sites, but no one seems to be able to tell you how to get out of it !!!!!! im going crazy here! BTW i would never use custom or service search!! Please help!!!
