Programming Question - I've googled and looked in manuals :-(

Hello,
I have searched everywhere! I have a Uniden BCD396T and am using the Arc software for control/programming.

I am currently trying to program private ambulance companies (so using radio reference I am looking them up by fcc and getting this):

I am confused as to what (other than the frequencies) I put here:

You only really need to put the frequency. You can label it with Name if you wish.
Make sure L/Out is off unless you don't want it scanned.

FCC data will never show a CTCSS/DCS tone, and you don't need it but can be useful if there are several stations on the same frequency.

You won't need Tone L/Out. Make sure ATT is off (unless you are getting intermod on the freq)
Cant tell you what Alert Level is but you don't need to be concerned with it.
Mode will be FM but if Auto is a choice, thats fine too.
Only set Priority if you want scanning priority on that channel.
Comments - irrelevant to scanner.

Attenuates the signal.
