Hi I recently purchased the BCD396T scanner from Uniden. I have managed to program all the conventional channels with no problems. My problem is I tried to program Illinois state police on P25 using the software from Uniden. No luck as I am recieving nothing. I must be doing something wrong. If I subscribe to the premium subscription on RR will I be able to download the Info i need straight to the scanner itself ? I live in Antioch Illinois 60002.
