Programming Radio Shack Pro-64

I have looked for an operating manual to no avail... and I don't see anything in here either.... can anyone help me program this apparently ancient scanner? but the manual will tell you just about what I will tell you.

OK thank you for your replies..... I did find this:

And I thought I was pretty stinking smart..... I programed in the frequencies that are displayed for our local SO and others that I would like to hear, pressed appropriate button to scan...... annndddddd NOTHING lol it scans through my list continually but never stops? I adjusted squelch, and it stops once I pick up static, so I adjust back the other way just enough to get it scanning again but still nothing.... any ideas on what I am doing incorrectly?
