Programming RS PRO-106 to pick up NXDN

My city police and county so just went digital and picked NEXEDGE any advice on how to get my RS PRO-106 to pick up NXDN

There is no scanner capable of decoding NXDN at this time.

its my understanding that you can run a digital scramble decoding software on linux and with a pc if cable that it will work is that not correct
