Programming Scanner w/ Online Database

I have been off this website for quite some time and have changed OS's and hard drives. I used to be able to connect the scanner to the computer and log into this website and then program all talk groups and frequencies from there. Are we still able to do it that way? I haven't been able to find where I can access that since they've changed the website.

Yup - you need an application that can log into the web service, as described here...
