programming State of Iowa P25 Phase II trunked system

Uniden BCD325P2 scanner i'm trying to program a trunked system into it. I have programmed scanners before but this one is hard. I'm close because I can get some voice but only half the conversation. What am I missing in the programming??? Any help please...

Could be Simulcast Distortion. Also, some of the talkgroups are encrypted which you will not be able to decode.

What I programmed is working. I'm thinking there was very little radio traffic and bad signal in my house.....still up for suggestions though...Thanks for the reply and I'll take a look at it..

What county are you in? There are not a lot of simulcast cells on the Iowa statewide system - it's mostly multicast.
