programming status bits

How do I go about programming status bits to my group IDs on the motorola type II trunking IDs on my pro95

Status Bits Decimal Meaning

000 0 Normal transmission
001 1 Fleet-wide (A talkgroup for all radios)
010 2 Emergency
011 3 Crosspatch between talkgroups
100 4 Emergency crosspatch
101 5 Emergency multi-select
110 6 Unknown
111 7 Multi-select (initiated by the dispatcher)


I'm a bus driver and cannot recieve in transmissions to individual buses, only from supervisors, all calls and maintenance.

I was told if I try adding status bits to the group IDs it might solve the problem so I can recieve fleet transmissions.
Do you have any suggestions.

Individual calls "I-calls" "Private Calls", etc. cannot be monitored on a Pro-95. It is not the status bits that cause this but rather as these calls are not on the regular talkgroups.

On a Pro-95, the status bits are ignored and you receive all the calls using the base TG number, which is the only number you can enter on the radio. It has been a while since I had one in my hand, so it may ignore encrypted calls which take up the bulk of the rest of the status bits you don't have listed. (Status bits occupy the entire 4 bit least significant "nibble" of the TG address.)
