programming the Ingham Co. System

Rob,

how do you have the Ingham Co. System programmed into your radio? I have the entire system programmed into my 396, and it will not properly scan it.

I know that you need the LCNs in proper sequence, in order for the scanner to track it properly. Once that has been determined then you can follow all of the regular transmissions on the system.

It's still EDACS wide for now, it won't be narrow until operational.

i forgot that it is WIDE right now. that could be the problem
