Ok so I just bought the Pro-96 today. I've been doing a lot of reading so I could understand scanning. Well, this stuff is really complicated and I can't figure out how to program this stuff myself. Can anybody please give me a step-by-step or some kind of help on how to program my scanner for the Burlington County area? Cinnaminson in particular? Thank you for any help

You'll have to get software -- there is no way to enter all three base/offset/step configurations for Burlington through the keypad.

Win96, from Starrsoft, is widely accepted as being the best available for the Pro-96; there is a free 30-day trial available and you may need to buy a programming cable (regardless of what software you choose). Someone here may be able to provide you with a P96 file with Burlington already entered, so all you have to do is upload it to the scanner or copy/paste it into your own programming.
