Programming Uniden 560XLT

I just purchased a Uniden 560XLT on Ebay and it came with no manual on how to program it. Can anyone out there thats familuar with this scanner please help me with steps on how to program it.. I'm interested in just a few lo-band freq,s like 45.86 & 46.18

See if this helps

press manual, type in the freq, press enter.
press manual again the channel number should be the next available one. keep doing that until you have it programed.

Thats the way most of this series worked.
