is there a way say to program a saber, or any motorola radio with the freq for the frs and gmrs radios. i know you can put the freq on a scanner and listen but any other radios?

FRS would be illegal. Saber has more power than allowed by law and a detachable antenna.

Well you could program a saber to RX those freqs. It would not make much sense though

i saw on ebay once where a man programmed 2 sabers with the freq for frs and gmrs, and they sold for about 80 dollars.
