Does anyone know of someone who can program Whistler scanners in the Polk Co/Spartanburg SC area?

It would be really helpful if you share what scanner you are trying to program. There are many different models with different programming software, a WS1040 is not the same as a WS1098
Apologies - so far I've been asked about the 1040.
