Does anybody here know any additional details on Progressive Rail? They have several active licenses under three different call signs. (The same FRN, of course.) As railroads go, they are quite small with 22 miles of track in Minnesota. Does anybody happen to know what those frequencies are used for? Seven frequencies seems like a lot for 22 miles of track! They don't even have that many locomotives.
