I tried to post a new thread to site Administration Forums, Database Discussion Forum, on 12-04-2011 but I must have done something wrong and it was posted in the Ga Radio Discussion Forum. I have owned 2 new Homepatrol 1 Scanners for about 6 months and have never been able to recieve the Macon Ga Police Dept., which operates on Project 25. Both HP-1 Scanners have the correct frequencies and talkgroup numbers. While checking the HP-1 Advanced Menu for Macon Ga Police Dept., I noticed that the Project 25 Band Plan did not include the frequencies and steps used by Macon Ga Police Dept. Project 25. I submitted a request to change the Band Plan with frequencies and steps in use by Macon Police Dept. Project 25, but is was rejected. The notice I recieved stated that the problem was the interface from the DB to the scanner and that I could post this on The Site Administation Forums. I have no idea what an interface problem is, or how it can be fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.
