Project 25 Phase I (FDMA)

I am interested in buying the GRE psr-800. My area has start using ... Project 25 Phase I (FDMA). My question is will the 800 decode this? I am new to all this trunking etc. I been looking at the 800 and the Homepatrol-1 . I am leaning to the 800...but need to know if it will decode Project 25 Phase I (FDMA)
