Found this in a box of yesteryear stuff.

Can anybody decipher what I was building. Have not seen this in so long I have no idea what it was. I think there may be a couple of things missing, I seem to remember stealing something for another project one day.

7400 quad 2-input nand, a few resistors and capacitors... I'm guessing an oscillator of some sort.

This looks like the ORIGINAL scan oscillator circuit in my PRO-10 & PRO-77 scanners. That is what gave it the "10 channel per second" or so scan rate. I replaced all of that (and more) with a CPU. The 7400 is a lot cheaper though.
