ProScan 8.4 - Audio Repeating / Shuddering

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a problem with ProScan's audio recording. I believe this problem has been in earlier versions as well.

When playing back the audio files the sound is being duplicated. The link below is a sample of the stream.

Example: (Calling car: "Station") - (Station: "28.. 28 go ahead...28 go ahead") (Calling car: "I'll be out") (Station:005...005)

The problem is definitely in the audio recording and was not the result of the person actually saying the words twice.

Is there a setting I can change that will fix this problem?

I would suggest asking BOB on his support site! He is more than willing to answer questions about his software.
