ProScan and SDS200 Issue?

I have an SDS200 and ProScan. My codeplug is all written, but when I go to Scanner Write, nothing happens. A screen comes up that tells me to select at least one row, but they are all blank.

I searched the ProScan site but see nothing about this, so how do I write to an SDS200 from ProScan? The scanner is currently blank, I only want to use it for programming, not remote monitoring or controlling my scanner.

Is the scanner in Mass Storage mode?

This was the issue ... I have now resolved it putting it in mass storage mode. Until this evening, I only existed in the world of the 996XT and 996P2, neither of which have Mass Storage Mode. Thank you.
