Proscan client setup guidance

I searched the forum but couldn't find what I was looking for, I know it's out there because I found this info once but can't now.

I am trying to set up a client feed, I have 3 others running in a different location and I'm trying to set one up in another location and I can't get it to work.
I get it to show up in the client list of feeds, but I can't connect to it.
I had this same issue the first time I set up the others but can't remember what I did to get it to work.

I'm using DuckDSN for the Published server IP. I get my local IP using "Can you see me", and it doesn't see me either. I opened a port I used port number 5050.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciate.

Is the isp at both locations the same?

The new one I'm trying to configure is FiOs.

Then it sounds like the port on the router is not opening.

The 100.1.43____ is that your computer IP address or your outside IP address?

You need to port-forward the address listed here. With FIOS routers it's usually 192.168.x.x

Its up and working now.
