ProScan Fire Tone Out Assistance

I was using the RadioFeed software and decided now to start using ProScan instead, so I can change the scan list on the fly while I am not at home, but still streaming to BroadCastify.

I was hoping the Fire Tone-Out section would populate when it detects the local Fire Department tone, but I guess not:

The recording highlighted below was strictly the tone-out:

Anyone have any ideas of where I have my config set wrong?

I'm pretty sure you have to put the receiver into Tone-Out mode.

That's what I was afraid of...

If I leave it in 'tone-out' mode, then nothing else gets scanned.

While some like the FTO feature for what it does, its pretty much useless to the average scanner user.
