ProScan Install Error

Paid for ProScan. Entered Key, and I get this pop-up message: Unhandled Error Notification.
Then gives me an option to "Abort" or "Ignore". Neither option works and the installation process shuts down.View attachment 140232
Any help is more than welcome. (This is my 2nd install with the Key provided - My 1st install was on my PC and went OK. This try is on my laptop.)

Open Snipping Tool​

For Windows 10

Select the Start, enter snipping tool, then select Snipping Tool from the results. Press Windows logo key + Shift + S.

What version of Windows? Home, Pro or Mode S? Have you tried a reboot of the laptop and then tried the install?
