I upgraded to the latest version and I have lost all volume on my PC... Version 2.7
For some reason it reset my sound card settings.I’ve upgraded and I did not lose volume, so check all your settings. Providing info like scanner model, connection type, o/s & version would probably help others to suggest where to look.
ProScan didn't do that. There's no mechanism or APIs in ProScan to do that and the audio model hasn't been touched in years.For some reason it reset my sound card settings.
