My most recent PC crashed and died. Now it says I have too many PC using license when i attempt to add a new PC.

Is there a way to look at my traffic and see which PC was online Tuesday around 11am eastern and has not been connected since... Can that PC be removed from my account so I can add my new PC?

Please keep in mind my Scanner is on a PC at home which runs 24/7.
