ProScan: Proscan No Audio From LAN Port

I just got a Uniden SDS200 and Proscan ver 16.1. I’m having trouble
with no audio, I have it hooked up to my network via LAN connector
with Proscan running with Windows 7. Everything works fine controlling
the scanner and the audio URL setting are working but no audio thru
the computer, the firewall and anti-virus turn off, still no audio. See
attach pictures. Any help appreciated

Click the Loopback box located in the Audio Control -> Monitor & Test tab. Select the same audio service first.
