ProScan Question

For some unknown reason, I've managed to tell ProScan to open my current file and immediately "OPEN TREE". How can I reverse this so I don't have to "COLLAPSE TREE" each time I go into ProScan?

Go to the Options - General tab then change this option.

I just downloaded ProScan and set it up for my BCD436HP. I can not see the live screen in the display for ProScan from the scanner. It just has symbols and numbers in a fixed display. All transmissions are being logged in the history logging, Does ProScan display the screen from the scanner?

It sounds like the Display Test is on. Go to the Test & Extra tab and turn it off.
