Proscan RadioReference Import Problem

I'm just learning how to program my BCD996P2 for trunked systems, and have been using Proscan. But after importing data with the RadioReference linking utility, it wasn't listing any of the Police TGIDs for my local city. I live in Nampa, ID and all the services use a single statewide system.

However, when I do the same process using Freescan, it pulls in everything I'm looking for.

Since both programs are pulling from the same data source, why would Proscan miss some.

Also Freescan seems to pull in more frequencies listed for each site in the system.

I think I just answered my own questions. The Nampa PD TGIDs are encrypted, and I had proscan selected to only import non-encrypted IDs.

Same thing for the number of frequencies...I selected only pull in control frequencies.
